The New and Fresh Skins is a list of the latest Winamp skin additions ranked purely by date they were posted and ideal for regular visitors who want to keep track of all new skins. Each new skin is automatically posted at the top of this list and moves down a notch with every new skin addition to the site. Updated skins do not move to the top of the list as they used to before the last relaunch of this site.
Most Popular Skins
This is a hitlist of the most popular Winamp skins. A skin's popularity indicates the percentage of yesterday's downloads per unique visitor. So if a skin has a popularity of say 5%, that would mean 5% of everyone who visited this site yesterday downloaded that particular skin.
The Most Popular Skins is a dynamic ranking that pretty much reflects the best of the most recent skin additions. Newer skins usualy get higher download rates, because they are listed first by default in the skin categories. Since not all skins are equally appealing to the mass, they are obviously not downloaded in equal amounts, so that the download rates well reflect a skin's popularity.
Top Rated Skins
All skins on this site are subject to a public rating system, meaning that any visitor can rate any skin by giving it a thumbs up or a thumbs down. A skin's rating is displayed as the overall percentage of given thumbs up compared to the total amount of votes. Only one vote per person and font is counted once every six hours. To ensure the ratings are representative, the total amount of votes are displayed together with a rating and only ratings with at least ten votes are shown.
The Top Rated Skins is a ranking of the best of the best skins. There is not too much movement in this ranking for established skins, since the more votes a skin has received, the less a single vote is able to change the overall rating. The rating of new skins with less votes are likely jump somewhat and will start to settle as they get more votes.

The Top Downloads is the hall of fame for veteran Winamp skins with a long history of downloads.

The Most Talked About Skins is a ranking of skins sorted by the amount of comments they received by members of this site.
