The Cyanide Shop is a top notch and totally free skin creation tool from the maker of the famous Winamp plug-in "Mr. Gooochie".
Next to the basic functions of editing all the skin components, The Cyanide Shop includes a transparency and cursor editor. And when I say editor, I really mean editor. You can choose from a large variety of painting tools, just like if you were using MS Paint. For those advanced skin authors who would rather edit the bitmaps with their favorite graphics editor, like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, no problem - all bitmaps can be exported on the fly, meaning that they open in your desired external editor with the click of a button and all changes are automatically loaded back into Cyanide Shop when done. If you would like to test your unfinished skin before saving it, a preview function can load your skin directly to Winamp, where you can then test all your buttons by actually clicking on them. When your skin is finally finished, you can save it directly to a zip-file. The Cyanide Shop is for the more advanced skin author, who actually wants to create an individual skin and not only to load a background image and using standard buttons. You don't have to be a crack to use the program though - Most of the functions are explained with help texts and all the skin components are described in detail.

Remember Mr.Gooochie?
Well here is my latest program. It is called "The Cyanide Shop" and basically It is a rapid Skin, Transparency, Cursor, Template, etc.. Generation Tool for Winamp. Though this is a program not a plugin like mr.gooochie!, but still since I've worked hard on this, I must get thing reviewed or something. Anyway The Cyanide Shop is a Rapid Skin Development Tool (far different from others!) by which you can create skins, cursors, transparencies, hybrids, templates, anything within minutes. Also this is not a tool to inhibit your creativity but TCS has been made just to Turbo Charge your creativity and speed. I mustn't go on explaining this like this rather I'll leave it to you to see and believe it!
The only favor I'm asking from you is to just forward it maybe to your 4-5 friends as this is a freeware.
